Blessed are the PEACEMAKERS for they shall be called children of God. Mathew 5:9
The peacemakers have a spirit of forbearance instead of retaliation. They seek to forgive wrongs and to restore fellowship. The desire is not just to end conflict but to bring healing. Such peace with others only comes when you have peace with God. 1 Peter 3:8-16
Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous; not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing. For “He who would love life And see good days, Let him refrain his tongue from evil, And his lips from speaking deceit. Let him turn away from evil and do good; Let him seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their prayers; But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil. ”And who is he who will harm you if you become followers of what is good? But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. “And do not be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled.” But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear; having a good conscience, that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in Christ may be ashamed. It is good to fellowship with God's family, our family and friends but we must ALWAYS BE READY to give account for our hope in Jesus. We may suffer for righteousness' sake but remember You are Blessed. When the angel came to Mary his words were "Fear Not". When trials or tribulation come, suffering or discouragement, "Fear Not"! The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and His ears are open to their prayers. Mary was looking at the angle of the Lord but you may be looking at someone who is saying or doing all kinds of evit towards you. Fear Not! Have compassion, be courteous, do not return evil for evil or reviling for reviling. Refrain from evil and seek peace and pursue it. ![]() Psalm 122 I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go into the house of the Lord.” Our feet have been standing Within your gates, O Jerusalem! Jerusalem is built As a city that is compact together, Where the tribes go up, The tribes of the Lord, To the Testimony of Israel, To give thanks to the name of the Lord. For thrones are set there for judgment, The thrones of the house of David. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May they prosper who love you. Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces.” For the sake of my brethren and companions, I will now say, “Peace be within you.” Because of the house of the Lord our God I will seek your good. Oh what a joy to go to the house of the Lord! To give thanks to God! To hear a word from the Lord! To pray for the peace of Jerusalem! To fellowship with others! Our God is good! He reigns on high! Praise His Name! 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24
Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it. Malachi 3:17 “They shall be Mine,” says the Lord of hosts, “On the day that I make them My special treasure And I will spare them As a man spares his own son who serves him.” We are right where the Lord wants us when we feel like He is all we have left. He loves us too much to let us remain as we are. We are His "special treasure". May God's peace surround you and sanctify your WHOLE spirit, soul, and body! Numbers 6:22-27
And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: “Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them: “The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.”’ “So they shall put My name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them.” Keep the Lords commands and he will bless you. Keep His peace that He freely gives and you will never feel inadequate. His love is pour out for you and me. Be a blessing not only to your children but to ALL. Hebrews 12:14

“I will make a covenant of peace with them, and cause wild beasts to cease from the land; and they will dwell safely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods. I will make them and the places all around My hill a blessing; and I will cause showers to come down in their season; there shall be showers of blessing. Then the trees of the field shall yield their fruit, and the earth shall yield her increase. They shall be safe in their land; and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I have broken the bands of their yoke and delivered them from the hand of those who enslaved them. And they shall no longer be a prey for the nations, nor shall beasts of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and no one shall make them afraid. I will raise up for them a garden of renown, and they shall no longer be consumed with hunger in the land, nor bear the shame of the Gentiles anymore. Thus they shall know that I, the Lord their God, am with them, and they, the house of Israel, are My people,” says the Lord God.’ “You are My flock, the flock of My pasture; you are men, and I amyour God,” says the Lord God. The showers of blessings the Lord gives is full of joy which brings calmness. Oh, receive the showers of our Lord's blessings today! Isaiah 9:6
For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Ephesians 2:14 Christ Our Peace For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, Remembering and celebrating today the birth of Christ! He is our peace. Psalm 4:3-8
But know that the Lord has set apart for Himself him who is godly; The Lord will hear when I call to Him. Be angry, and do not sin. Meditate within your heart on your bed, and be still. Selah Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, And put your trust in the Lord. There are many who say, “Who will show us any good?” Lord, lift up the light of Your countenance upon us. You have put gladness in my heart, More than in the season that their grain and wine increased. I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; For You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. The Lord has set apart who is godly and makes us dwell in safety! I am thankful for God hears when we call and gives us peace. |
