Deuteronomy 11:18-21 (NKJV)
“Therefore you shall lay up these words of mine in your heart and in your soul, and bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates, that your days and the days of your children may be multiplied in the land of which the Lord swore to your fathers to give them, like the days of the heavens above the earth. Love and obedience to God's Word has great reward. Your days and that of your children will be multiplied in the land the Lord gives you. We must hear and obey His Word. We must teach it to our children. The family is very important to God.#LoveRewarded #ObdienceRewarded

Deuteronomy 28:13 (CJB)
Adonai will make you the head and not the tail; and you will be only above, never below — if you will listen to, observe and obey the commandments of Adonai your God If we observe and obey the Lords commands we will be blessed. 13:34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
13:35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another. 14:15 If you love Me, keep My commandments. 14:21 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him. 15:10 If you keep My Commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Fathers commandments and abide in His love. 15:12 This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. 15:17 These things I command you, that you love one an other. John 13:34-35 John 14:15,21 John 15:10,12,17 And there are many more just in those three chapters about love and commandments. We have laws in our nations that we must obey if we want to have a good life. God's commandments are our "Laws" for the same reason. However, His laws are perfect because they give us LIFE and JOY and PEACE and UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. And the price for these wonderful gifts are our UNCONDITIONAL OBEDIENCE . So be obedient and a blessing and walk with the love of Christ in every situation so that His love for others is manifested through you which in turn will draw them to Christ himself. Psalm 121
God the Help of Those Who Seek Him I will lift up my eyes to the hills-- From whence comes my help? 2 My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. 3 He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. 4 Behold, He who keeps Israel Shall neither slumber nor sleep. 5 The Lord is your keeper; The Lord is your shade at your right hand. 6 The sun shall not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night. 7 The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. 8 The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in From this time forth, and even forevermore. Have confidence God shall preserve your going out and your coming in. Every meeting He has set for you. Be obedient to go and follow His leading with confidence He has made a way and He will be glorified. Our help comes from the Lord! Romans 4:18-25
18 who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, “So shall your descendants be.” 19 And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. 20 He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, 21 and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. 22 And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.” 23 Now it was not written for his sake alone that it was imputed to him, 24 but also for us. It shall be imputed to us who believe in Him who raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead, 25 who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification. Abraham did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God. Yes we too need faith but in whom? Faith in ourselves? Faith in things? Faith in the Word of God? We are overcomers IF we do not waver in unbelief regarding God's promises. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God! #GodsPromises #FaithfromGod Acts 2:1-12
Coming of the Holy SpiritWhen the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord[a] in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. The Crowd’s Response And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven. And when this sound occurred, the multitude came together, and were confused, because everyone heard them speak in his own language. Then they were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, “Look, are not all these who speak Galileans? And how is it that we hear, each in our own language in which we were born? Parthians and Medes and Elamites, those dwelling in Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya adjoining Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, Cretans and Arabs—we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God.” So they were all amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, “Whatever could this mean?” What an awesome experience to understand what the disciples were saying each in his own language. The love of Christ is poured out for all to understand. We too can share His love and be understood by our actions to matter what the language barrier may seem to be. Have you shared "Love" today? Will you share with ALL you come in touch with? What Would Jesus Do? 1 Timothy 4:13-16
Until I come, pay attention to the public reading of the Scriptures. Do not neglect your gift, which you were given through a prophecy when the body of elders gave you s’mikhah. Be diligent about this work, throw yourself into it, so that your progress may be clear to everyone. Pay attention to yourself and to the teaching, continue in it, for by so doing you will deliver both yourself and those who hear you. Here we are told to pay attention to the Public reading of the scripture. Bible Reading Ministry International's vision is to take marathons to the world. The seed planted in Wyoming grown in Arkansas is now being declared in many parts of the world. Be must be diligent in this work so that His plan may be clear to everyone. We must continue in it, Thanks for your help through ArkansasGives.org yesterday. May many more catch the vision and help in this God sized task. #publicreading #scripturereadoutloud #godsizetask #HolySpiritmoves Romans 14:13 Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather resolve this, not to put a stumbling block or a cause to fall in our brother’s way.
2 Corinthians 9:6 But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Philippians 1:27-28 Only let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your affairs, that you stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel, and not in any way terrified by your adversaries, which is to them a proof of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that from God. Thank you, Lord for the gentle reminders. We know that the things You tell us to do in your Word are for our Your glory. Help us to step up and do the things that bring honor to Your name.
That I may live and keep Your word. Open my eyes, that I may see Wondrous things from Your law. I am a stranger in the earth; Do not hide Your commandments from me. My soul breaks with longing For Your judgments at all times. You rebuke the proud—the cursed, Who stray from Your commandments. Remove from me reproach and contempt, For I have kept Your testimonies. Lord I pray these words over every believer that we will keep your Word and you will deal bountifully with us. Abundantly overflowing with your mercy and your grace. Holy Spirit that we will KEEP your Word! Numbers 13:30-33
Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it.” But the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we.” And they gave the children of Israel a bad report of the land which they had spied out, saying, “The land through which we have gone as spies is a land that devours its inhabitants, and all the people whom we saw in it are men of great stature. There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.” Has the Lord set you on a conquest? Are you wondering what the cost will be? will it be worth the risk? In 1999 god sent us on a conquest to plant seeds around the USA. Little then did we realize what the full impact would be on our life and the lives of many we didn't know. Did we see the Promised Land as good like Caleb? Yes! Were we afraid of the challenge? Yes! Did we count the cost? No! We realized as did Joshua and Caleb that with the Lord "All things are possible." We took the risk and God is faithful! The wonders we have seen are amazing! The work the Lord has done in us is TRANSFORMING! You too can allow God's conquest in you transform your life and many others IF you are willing to hear and obey Him. Carry on my friends No Conquest is without Risk! |
