But You, O Lord, are a shield for me, my glory, and the lifter of my head. Psalm 3:3
No matter the sorrow, no matter the difficulties, when we put our trust in Him, when we stand on His promises, He will shield me and is the lifter of my head. SIMPLY GRATEFUL! #Glory

Psalm 8:3-5
When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained, What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? For You have made him a little lower than the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor. I praise you Lord for the honor of being made in your image, personally formed by you for your glory and gifted spiritually just as it pleased you. Thank you for your strength and ability you have given me. Surely you have been good to be oh Lord! The Lord is amazing in times of sickness or health He gives us what we need, I desperately need you Lord. All that I am is because of you. Without you oh Lord I am nothing BUT....praise be to you Father you are good in me. Let every breath we have Praise the Lord! 1 Corinthians 6:18-20
Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. Are you the Lord's? Will you receive the gift He paid for you? Then price of His life. If you have then your body belongs to the Lord. YOU ARE HIS GLORIFY HIM IN YOUR BODY! Psalm 8:1-5
O Lord, our Lord, How excellent is Your name in all the earth, Who have set Your glory above the heavens! Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have ordained strength, Because of Your enemies, That You may silence the enemy and the avenger. When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained, What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? For You have made him a little lower than the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor. God made each of us with HONO! Hadar(Honor) to honor, to glorify, to make splendid. As children of the living God we are important; and we need to conduct our lives in a manner that fit's God's view of us as people of honor. God actually crowned man with splendor in spite of our smallness relative to the vast heavens! YOU ARE IMPORTANT! John 16:20-24
Yes, it’s true. I tell you that you will sob and mourn, and the world will rejoice; you will grieve, but your grief will turn to joy. When a woman is giving birth, she is in pain; because her time has come. But when the baby is born, she forgets her suffering out of joy that a child has come into the world. So you do indeed feel grief now, but I am going to see you again. Then your hearts will be full of joy, and no one will take your joy away from you. “When that day comes, you won’t ask anything of me! Yes, indeed! I tell you that whatever you ask from the Father, he will give you in my name. Till now you haven’t asked for anything in my name. Keep asking, and you will receive, so that your joy may be complete. When we ask, in the Name of Jesus and for god's glory the father will give to us that our joy may be complete! Hallelujah! Luke 2:8-14
Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will bethe sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.” And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying: “Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!” However you celebrate this season of Christ's birth, I pray you give God glory in all you say and do! Psalm 71:3-8
Be my strong refuge, To which I may resort continually; You have given the commandment to save me, For You are my rock and my fortress. Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, Out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man. For You are my hope, O Lord GOD; You are my trust from my youth. By You I have been upheld from birth; You are He who took me out of my mother’s womb. My praise shall be continually of You. I have become as a wonder to many, But You are my strong refuge. Let my mouth be filled with Your praise And with Your glory all the day. In these few short verses we see how God of all creation cares for us. He is our rock and fortress, our hope, our trust from our youth. He has held us from birth he is our strong refuge. Our response is to continually praise Him. 1 Corinthians 1:26-31
For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence. But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption— that, as it is written, “He who glories, let him glory in the Lord.” If we do any good let us glory in the Lord! It is through His power that we are able to do good. 2 Peter 1:19 And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts;
We have paid attention to the prophetic word until the Morning Star has arisen in our hearts, and our hearts are full of ONLY His light. So we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts. So I suggest you pray a restorative prayer more than once. Pray it when you awaken and are lying in your bed in the morning. Pray it as you lie in bed preparing to fall asleep. You are "renewing your mind" (Romans 12:2) with the truth of God's divine reality. Once your spirit and soul are healed, delivered, and set free, God's light, which is growing within you, will penetrate your body Philippians 2:12-13 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling;13 for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.Philippians 2:12-13 Go Forth and "bear light"! Exodus 33:14-23
And He said, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” Then he said to Him, “If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here. For how then will it be known that Your people and I have found grace in Your sight, except You go with us? So we shall be separate, Your people and I, from all the people who are upon the face of the earth.” So the Lord said to Moses, “I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My sight, and I know you by name.” And he said, “Please, show me Your glory.” Then He said, “I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before you. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.” But He said, “You cannot see My face; for no man shall see Me, and live.” And the Lord said, “Here is a place by Me, and you shall stand on the rock. So it shall be, while My glory passes by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock, and will cover you with My hand while I pass by. Then I will take away My hand, and you shall see My back; but My face shall not be seen.” God's presence is in and through us as we walk in His love and guidance. He will never leave us or forsake us. Keep your eyes upon Jesus today. Believe in Him, accept Him as Lord, walk in His ways, rejoice in His Presence, rest with Him! |
