What is the chaff to the wheat?” says the Lord.
“Is not My word like a fire?” says the Lord,
“And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?

God's Word is powerful. Are you declaring His Word over your situation? Why Not? Seek and you will find His Word for you.

Proverbs 12:16-22
Fools show their annoyance at once,
    but the prudent overlook an insult.
An honest witness tells the truth,
    but a false witness tells lies.
The words of the reckless pierce like swords,
    but the tongue of the wise brings healing.
Truthful lips endure forever,
    but a lying tongue lasts only a moment.
Deceit is in the hearts of those who plot evil,
    but those who promote peace have joy.
No harm overtakes the righteous,
    but the wicked have their fill of trouble.
The Lord detests lying lips,
    but he delights in people who are trustworthy.

A fool shows their annoyance immediately but an honest prudent person overlooks insults. So much is said in these verses about our tongue and words and truth or lies. Do we plot evil or promote peace? The Lord delights in people who are trustworthy. Can you be trusted? How do you speak to others? Be wise speak truth, peace, love, promote joy! #PromoteJoy

My son, keep my words,
And treasure my commands within you.
Keep my commands and live,
And my law as the apple of your eye.
Bind them on your fingers;
Write them on the tablet of your heart.
Say to wisdom, “You are my sister,”
And call understanding your nearest kin,

Keeping God's Word in our heart, on our lips, written down, spoken out loud, these are the treasures that keep us close to Him and in His presence. It ultimately keeps us alive in Him. He is the branch we are the vine. It gives us wisdom in all situations and understanding of His will for our lives. We ALL need to "keep His Words"! #KeepMyWords

Proverbs 4:4-7
4 He also taught me, and said to me:
“Let your heart retain my words;
Keep my commands, and live.
5 Get wisdom! Get understanding!
Do not forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth.
6 Do not forsake her, and she will preserve you;
Love her, and she will keep you.
7 Wisdom is the principal thing;
Therefore get wisdom.
And in all your getting, get understanding.

The Lord gives us more instruction which is good for our understanding. When we let our heart retain His words, we get understanding which gives wisdom. We must hear and recieve it will add years to our life and in walking it will keep us from stumbling. The reading of the Bible daily should be our desire to follow Christ's footsteps. #GetUnderstanding

Proverbs 2:1-8
The Value of Wisdom
My son, if you receive my words,
And treasure my commands within you,
So that you incline your ear to wisdom,
And apply your heart to understanding;
Yes, if you cry out for discernment,
And lift up your voice for understanding,
If you seek her as silver,
And search for her as for hidden treasures;
Then you will understand the fear of the Lord,
And find the knowledge of God. For the Lord gives wisdom;
From His mouth come knowledge and understanding;
He stores up sound wisdom for the upright;
He is a shield to those who walk uprightly;
He guards the paths of justice,
And preserves the way of His saints.

Words might be simple or maybe complicated but God's Word simply received gives wisdom. When thinking about a New Year's resolution, think about gaining wisdom? There are hidden treasures in God's Word. Reading it daily gives that wisdom to walk uprightly. Be desperate for His presence!He will guard your path and preserve your way.

Psalm 119:9-16
9 How can a young man cleanse his way?
By taking heed according to Your word.
10 With my whole heart I have sought You;
Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments!
11 Your word I have hidden in my heart,
That I might not sin against You.

Teach me Your statutes.
13 With my lips I have declared
All the judgments of Your mouth.
14 I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies,
As much as in all riches.
15 I will meditate on Your precepts,
And contemplate Your ways.
16 I will delight myself in Your statutes;
I will not forget Your word.

And see good days,
Let him refrain his tongue from evil,
And his lips from speaking deceit.
Let him turn away from evil and do good;
Let him seek peace and pursue it.
For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
And His ears are open to their prayers;
But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil

The best gift we can give every day is to be a blessing! Have compassion one for another. Be tenderhearted, be courteous, love one another! Do good, seek peace! Refrain your tongue from evil.....give words of praise!

Colossians 3:12-17
Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

When we read , study and listen to the Word of God and allow it to penetrate and get into our inner mind and heart, we will discover an awesome spiritual power has been released into our lives. Will you choose to read and study the Word and worship the Lord daily? We are the elect of God IF we choose Christ and allow His character to come forth in or lives. Romans 15:1-7
We then who are strong ought to bear with the scruples of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification. For even Christ did not please Himself; but as it is written, “The reproaches of those who reproached You fell on Me.” For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope. Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus, that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore receive one another, just as Christ also received us, to the glory of God.
Today we have another opportunity to join with others for the International Day of the Bible – Monday, Nov. 14 at 12-noon local time. It tells us here in Romans we should receive one another just as Christ received us. This brings Him glory! Hallelujah! Reading the Bible out loud in our homes. churches and communities changes the atmosphere and Isa 55:11 becomes a reality. To God be the glory!

Instructions for the Conquest of America?

Numbers 33:50-53
Instructions for the Conquest of Canaan
Now the Lord spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan, across fromJericho, saying, “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When you have crossed the Jordan into the land of Canaan, then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, destroy all their engraved stones, destroy all their molded images, and demolish all their high places; you shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land and dwell in it, for I have given you the land to possess.

We must go back and read verses 1 through 37 of this chapter to see the journeys of the Israelites. Then compare with America's journey through many trials and struggles in the past. Now the Lord spoke to Moses instructions to conquer the land of Canaan. We can see how we must conquer the land of America in the spiritual realm. We MUST DRIVE ut all the evil spirits from before us and destroy the idols, lust of money and power, greed, any thing in our lives that keeps us from hearing and obeying he Lord in our lives. God gave us this land and we must possess it with our prayers of His Word for victory over the enemy. What scripture do you know and meditate on when you are in need of help?
