It does not rejoice at injustice, but rejoices with the truth [when right and truth prevail]. 1 Corinthians 13:6a
Instead of rejoicing because someone got caught when doing wrong and deserved the punishment, REJOICE because truth and right won out and then pray for them. SIMPLY GRATEFUL! #Rejoice

Psalm 119:9-16
9 How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word. 10 With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments! 11 Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You. 12 Blessed are You, O Lord! Teach me Your statutes. 13 With my lips I have declared All the judgments of Your mouth. 14 I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies, As much as in all riches. 15 I will meditate on Your precepts, And contemplate Your ways. 16 I will delight myself in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word. We have treasures of God's truth waiting to be discovered in His Word. Have you read His Word (Love Letter) to you today? Find a treasure and declare His promise for you and your loved ones. With your lips declareHis blessings! FORGET NOT HIS WORD...... Mark 8:14-21
14 Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread, and they did not have more than one loaf with them in the boat. 15 Then He charged them, saying, “Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod.” 16 And they reasoned among themselves, saying, “It is because we have no bread.” 17 But Jesus, being aware of it, said to them, “Why do you reason because you have no bread? Do you not yet perceive nor understand? Is your heart still hardened? 18 Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear? And do you not remember? 19 When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments did you take up?” They said to Him, “Twelve.” 20 “Also, when I broke the seven for the four thousand, how many large baskets full of fragments did you take up?” And they said, “Seven.” 21 So He said to them, “How is it you do not understand?” So many times God gives us reminders of His love, His provision, His mercy, His grace and yet we still sometimes do not understand, WHY? Do we doubt His love for us? Do we feel unworthy of His mercy? Do we not love others as we should? It tells us IF "God is for us WHO can be against us." WE MUST BELIEVE IN HIM! We ask for wisdom and He freely gives to us. The Lord Almighty reigns! He is for us! No weapon formed against us shall prosper! RECEIVE! REJOICE! UNDERSTAND! Ezra 3:10-13
When the builders laid the foundation of the temple of the Lord, the priests stood in their apparel with trumpets, and the Levites, the sons of Asaph, with cymbals, to praise the Lord, according to the ordinance of David king of Israel. And they sang responsively, praising and giving thanks to the Lord: “For He is good, For His mercy endures forever toward Israel.” Then all the people shouted with a great shout, when they praised the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid. But many of the priests and Levites and heads of the fathers’ houses, old men who had seen the first temple, wept with a loud voice when the foundation of this temple was laid before their eyes. Yet many shouted aloud for joy, 13 so that the people could not discern the noise of the shout of joy from the noise of the weeping of the people, for the people shouted with a loud shout, and the sound was heard afar off. Many times we experience "tears and laughter" over the seeing of family or friends. We can bring all our emotions as praise to the Lord because they bring smiles to Him who loves us. Our emotions express our love and worship to Him, may they touch those around us too. Psalm 118:24
This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it. Everyday is a time to rejoice in the Lord. His goodness, mercy, grace and unconditional Love. Be Happy Trust in the Lord! #BeHappy#Rejoice#Beautifulday Psalm 100
Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands! Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before His presence with singing. Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, And His truth endures to all generations. Be thankful every day for His goodness. Shout for joy even in the midst of sorrow! His mercy and love is everlasting. Hallelujah! #rejoice #shouttotheLord Genesis 5:1-3
This is the book of the genealogy of Adam. In the day that God created man, He made him in the likeness of God. He created them male and female, and blessed them and called them Mankind in the day they were created. Honoring God by reading His Word together with family is a double blessing. As we celebrate Jesus and His resurrection let us be with family as was His plan from the beginning. That is the theme of our float in the Celebrate Jesus parade this weekend. May we continue the celebration each day! Psalm 146
Praise Adonai, my soul! I will praise Adonai as long as I live. I will sing praise to my God all my life. Don’t put your trust in princes or in mortals, who cannot help. When they breathe their last, they return to dust; on that very day all their plans are gone. Happy is he whose help is Ya‘akov’s God, whose hope is in Adonai his God. He made heaven and earth, the sea and everything in them; he keeps faith forever. He secures justice for the oppressed, he gives food to the hungry. Adonai sets prisoners free, Adonai opens the eyes of the blind, Adonai lifts up those who are bent over. Adonai loves the righteous. Adonai watches over strangers, he sustains the fatherless and widows; but the way of the wicked he twists. Adonai will reign forever, your God, Tziyon, through all generations. Halleluyah! The Lord lifts up our eyes to see His Power! When are are bent down we need to just LOOK UP to Him and Praise His Name! #Halleluyah#BentDownLookUp 1 Thessalonians 5:15-21
See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies. Test all things; hold fast what is good. In all things give THANKS! Why because God is good and we must pursue good! It is God's will for us. Rejoice always and PRAY! I give thanks for all of today! #giveThanks #RejoiceAlways #GodisGood 2 Chronicles 30:21
So the children of Israel who were present at Jerusalem kept the Feast of Unleavened Bread seven days with great gladness; and the Levites and the priests praised the Lord day by day, singing to the Lord, accompanied by loud instruments. Leviticus 7:12-15 If a person offers it for giving thanks, he is to offer it with the thanksgiving sacrifice of unleavened cakes mixed with olive oil, matzah spread with olive oil, and cakes made of fine flour mixed with olive oil and fried. With cakes of leavened bread he is to present his offering together with the sacrifice of his peace offerings for giving thanks. From each kind of offering he is to present one as a gift for Adonai; it will belong to the cohen who splashes the blood of the peace offerings against the altar. The meat of the sacrifice of his peace offerings for giving thanks is to be eaten on the day of his offering; he is not to leave any of it until morning. As we continue the Feast of Unleavened Bread we ate thankful for the sacrifice Christ made for us. Leaven is a reminder of sin so as we celebrate unleaven in our lives or NO SIN we REJOICE! |
