Psalm 40:1-5
Faith Persevering in TrialTo the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. 40 I waited patiently for the Lord; And He inclined to me, And heard my cry. 2 He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, Out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, And established my steps. 3 He has put a new song in my mouth-- Praise to our God; Many will see it and fear, And will trust in the Lord. 4 Blessed is that man who makes the Lord his trust, And does not respect the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies. 5 Many, O Lord my God, are Your wonderful works Which You have done; And Your thoughts toward us Cannot be recounted to You in order; If I would declare and speak of them, They are more than can be numbered. I love to count things unconsciously I am counting what a do when I do a number of things. Like how many seconds I hold my curling iron on my hair to set the curl. Or how many items I am folding when folding clothes. If I could count the many blessings from God, as the scripture says it would be more than can be numbered. But I wonder how many blessings do we DECLARE AND SPEAK of to others or even out loud to ourselves and God. There's a song "Count your many blessing count them one by one and see what the Lord has done". I challenge you today to count your blessings even for 24 hours and see what the Lord has done for you THEN share the testimony with others! #CountMyBlessings #DeclareMyBlessings #FaithPerservering

Numbers 33:50-53
Instructions for the Conquest of Canaan Now the Lord spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan, across fromJericho, saying, “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When you have crossed the Jordan into the land of Canaan, then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, destroy all their engraved stones, destroy all their molded images, and demolish all their high places; you shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land and dwell in it, for I have given you the land to possess. We must go back and read verses 1 through 37 of this chapter to see the journeys of the Israelites. Then compare with America's journey through many trials and struggles in the past. Now the Lord spoke to Moses instructions to conquer the land of Canaan. We can see how we must conquer the land of America in the spiritual realm. We MUST DRIVE ut all the evil spirits from before us and destroy the idols, lust of money and power, greed, any thing in our lives that keeps us from hearing and obeying he Lord in our lives. God gave us this land and we must possess it with our prayers of His Word for victory over the enemy. What scripture do you know and meditate on when you are in need of help? SPEAK it forth for the Lord's Words will go forth and change the atmosphere in your home, work place, and our nation. #SpeakGodsWord #InstructionsforAmerica #VictoryinJesus 2 Corinthians 12:6-12
For though I might desire to boast, I will not be a fool; for I will speak the truth. But I refrain, lest anyone should think of me above what he sees me to be or hears from me. The Thorn in the Flesh And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure. Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong. Signs of an Apostle I have become a fool in boasting; you have compelled me. For I ought to have been commended by you; for in nothing was I behind the most eminent apostles, though I am nothing. Truly the signs of an apostle were accomplished among you with all perseverance, in signs and wonders and mighty deeds. The "Thorne in the Flesh" described here by Paul could be many difficulties but for me it speaks volumes as to any physical inability to do work on my own strength the same as "normal" people do. Due to my limitations from the diagnosis of MS (Multiple Sclerosis) I boast in my infirmities for when I am weak the Lord is strong and His grace is sufficient for me. His strength overcomes my weakness, (difficulties) and He is praised. But I must choose to allow His strength to be released by my surrender to His plan. Please forgive me for not being diligent to put the Word of the Lord out to you each and every day. I know through the power of the Holy Spirit I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! Hallelujah! #MyGift #ThornintheFlesh #GodsGrace #SurrenderMyWill Psalm 121
God the Help of Those Who Seek Him I will lift up my eyes to the hills-- From whence comes my help? 2 My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. 3 He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. 4 Behold, He who keeps Israel Shall neither slumber nor sleep. 5 The Lord is your keeper; The Lord is your shade at your right hand. 6 The sun shall not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night. 7 The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. 8 The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in From this time forth, and even forevermore. Have confidence God shall preserve your going out and your coming in. Every meeting He has set for you. Be obedient to go and follow His leading with confidence He has made a way and He will be glorified. Our help comes from the Lord! Mark 8:14-21
14 Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread, and they did not have more than one loaf with them in the boat. 15 Then He charged them, saying, “Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod.” 16 And they reasoned among themselves, saying, “It is because we have no bread.” 17 But Jesus, being aware of it, said to them, “Why do you reason because you have no bread? Do you not yet perceive nor understand? Is your heart still hardened? 18 Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear? And do you not remember? 19 When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments did you take up?” They said to Him, “Twelve.” 20 “Also, when I broke the seven for the four thousand, how many large baskets full of fragments did you take up?” And they said, “Seven.” 21 So He said to them, “How is it you do not understand?” So many times God gives us reminders of His love, His provision, His mercy, His grace and yet we still sometimes do not understand, WHY? Do we doubt His love for us? Do we feel unworthy of His mercy? Do we not love others as we should? It tells us IF "God is for us WHO can be against us." WE MUST BELIEVE IN HIM! We ask for wisdom and He freely gives to us. The Lord Almighty reigns! He is for us! No weapon formed against us shall prosper! RECEIVE! REJOICE! UNDERSTAND! |
