1 Corinthians 12:7-11
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another differentkinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills. The gifts (manifestation) of the Spirit is given to each one why for the profit of ALL. Ask and receive the gifts! The same Spirit works in all these things...Distributing to each one as HE wills.

Ezekiel 37:15-23
Again the word of the Lord came to me, saying, “As for you, son of man, take a stick for yourself and write on it: ‘For Judah and for the children of Israel, his companions.’ Then take another stick and write on it, ‘For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel, his companions.’ Then join them one to another for yourself into one stick, and they will become one in your hand. “And when the children of your people speak to you, saying, ‘Will you not show us what you mean by these?’— say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Surely I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel, his companions; and I will join them with it, with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they will be one in My hand.”’ And the sticks on which you write will be in your hand before their eyes. “Then say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Surely I will take the children of Israel from among the nations, wherever they have gone, and will gather them from every side and bring them into their own land; and I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king over them all; they shall no longer be two nations, nor shall they ever be divided into two kingdoms again. They shall not defile themselves anymore with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions; but I will deliver them from all their dwelling places in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them. Then they shall be My people, and I will be their God. We can be assured God will cleanse us from sin and we shall be His people and He our King! We will all be joined together with the hand of God. By the shed blood of Jesus we are saved, IF we believe. Isaiah 62:1-3
For Zion’s sake I will not hold My peace, And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, Until her righteousness goes forth as brightness, And her salvation as a lamp that burns. The Gentiles shall see your righteousness, And all kings your glory. You shall be called by a new name, Which the mouth of the Lord will name. You shall also be a crown of glory In the hand of the Lord, And a royal diadem In the hand of your God. The Word of the Lord gives us assurance of His plan. We must read, hear and obey His Word. Luke 15:3-7
So He spoke this parable to them, saying: “What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’ I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance. Sunday the Lord showed us a baptism of young adults while we were looking at fall colors during a trip in the Ozarks. What a glorious sight even though we did not know the people the Word tells us to rejoice with the angels over even one who repents. So I say again "rejoice"! Psalm 98:1,4-6
Oh, sing to the Lord a new song! For He has done marvelous things; His right hand and His holy arm have gained Him the victory. Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth; Break forth in song, rejoice, and sing praises. Sing to the Lord with the harp, With the harp and the sound of a psalm, With trumpets and the sound of a horn; Shout joyfully before the Lord, the King. The Psalms are full of songs, hymns and praises to the Lord. Let us rejoice and be glad! Shout to the Lord a new song! Let your shouts resound in the tents of the righteous of the Lord! Shouts of joy and victory!! Hallelujah!!! Psalm 119:39-41
Turn away my reproach which I dread, For Your judgments are good. Behold, I long for Your precepts; Revive me in Your righteousness. Let Your mercies come also to me, O Lord-- Your salvation according to Your word. Oh God how we long for your precepts please Lord revive in us Your righteousness! Amen Psalm 139:16-18
Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them. How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! IF I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand; When I awake, I am still with You. Isn't it amazing how many are God's thoughts toward us. Like the sand too numerous to count. He really loves us that much. His thoughts toward us are of good not evil. God is always with us He never leaves us or forsakes us. Praise the Lord!!! Proverbs 15:1-8
A soft answer turns away wrath, But a harsh word stirs up anger. The tongue of the wise uses knowledge rightly, But the mouth of fools pours forth foolishness. The eyes of the Lord are in every place, Keeping watch on the evil and the good. A wholesome tongue is a tree of life, But perverseness in it breaks the spirit. A fool despises his father’s instruction, But he who receives correction is prudent. In the house of the righteous there is much treasure, But in the revenue of the wicked is trouble. The lips of the wise disperse knowledge, But the heart of the fool does not do so. The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord, But the prayer of the upright is His delight. The words we speak and think are of good or evil. Proverbs tells us the correct use of our words brings knowledge, life, and is a delight to the Lord. Today I pray you choose your words for good. Even our thoughts turn to words be mindful of your thoughts also. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, For he has no one to help him up. Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; But how can one be warm alone? Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken. I pray today you have a friend that will help you up, keep you warm, and together you will receive a good reward for your labor. If you do not message me. We need each other. Ephesians 5:15-21
See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another in the fear of God. Walking in wisdom helps us understand the will of the Lord. As we are filled with the spirit we have music in our heart. The joy bubbles over into every part of our life. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. FEAR (reverence, awe) |
