Job 19:23-25
“Oh, that my words were written! Oh, that they were inscribed in a book! That they were engraved on a rock With an iron pen and lead, forever! We shall inherit His kingdom! Those who put their trust in Him. Have you made the choice to trust Jesus Christ and receive His as your Lord and savior? If so type "YES" our redeemer lives!

Matthew 1:17-21
So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations, from David until the captivity in Babylon are fourteen generations, and from the captivity in Babylon until the Christ are fourteen generations. Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly. But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” Fourteen generations between our Biblical fathers, that's 2 times 7. Seven is God's number for perfection. What an amazing revelation! Jesus is our savior ALL prophecy's fullfilled in His life. He is our perfect sacrifice. Genesis 1:1-5
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day. God said and it was so. In the beginning and today God said and His Word goes forth from Detroit Lakes, MN City Park as the First Annual Bible Reading Marathon started it's first day of 7 days of Bible Reading from 6:00 am until 8:00 pm each day. Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership. Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all. Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you. We ALL should take heed to the reading of God's Word. Here in Detroit Lakes, MN many will come and read the Bible during their marathon beginning tomorrow at 6:00 am. Many will listen to the Word being read and will hear instruction of how to live our life according to the Word of God. Will you pray for them? Type Amen and share. Let's see how many will gather in prayer for our nation. Psalms 68:1-4
Let God arise, Let His enemies be scattered; Let those also who hate Him flee before Him. As smoke is driven away, So drive them away; As wax melts before the fire, So let the wicked perish at the presence of God. But let the righteous be glad; Let them rejoice before God; Yes, let them rejoice exceedingly. Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, By His name YAH, And rejoice before Him. As we praise God no matter what the situation OUR praises can activate His power and presence it that situation. So Praise the Loral you people! 1 Thessalonians 2:7-13
As emissaries of the Messiah, we could have made our weight felt; but instead, we were gentle when we were with you, like a mother feeding and caring for her children. We were so devoted to you that we were glad to share with you not only God’s Good News but also our own lives, because you had become very dear to us. For you remember, brothers, our toil and hardship, how we worked night and day not to put a burden on any of you while we were proclaiming God’s Good News to you. You are witnesses, and so is God, of how holy, righteous and blameless our behavior was in the sight of you believers; for you know that we treated each one of you the way a father treats his children — we encouraged you and comforted you and appealed to you to lead lives worthy of God, who calls you into his Kingdom and glory. Another reason we regularly thank God is that when you heard the Word of God from us, you received it not merely as a human word, but as it truly is, God’s Word, which is at work in you believers. Here we see how father's are to treat their children, ENCOURAGE THEM; COMFORT THEM; APPEAL TO THEM TO LEAD LIVES WORTHY OF GOD! God calls us who believe to thank Him when we hear the Word of God and we are to receive it as a word from God. That Word is at work in each believer! See, Hear and Do the Word of the Lord you father's! 2 Corinthians 4:7-11
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed— always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus’ sake, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. Not by you or me but by the Holy Spirit are we unconquered! Our every victory and accomplishment comes from God's all prevailing power. The excellence of that power is manifested in us for His glory. Are you cast down-depressed? Look up see the victory God is preforming that you can be delivered. Let no unkind word be given but....
2 Corinthians 10:5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, As we love and trust our heavenly father we can see His thoughts in us are inspired and we can choose to obey and follow His spirit. Seek the Lord early and face each day with Him. Jeremiah 18:1-11
The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying: “Arise and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause you to hear My words.” Then I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was, making something at the wheel. And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make. Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying: “O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter?” says the Lord. “Look, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are you in My hand, O house of Israel! The instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, to pull down, and to destroy it, if that nation against whom I have spoken turns from its evil, I will relent of the disaster that I thought to bring upon it. And the instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it, if it does evil in My sight so that it does not obey My voice, then I will relent concerning the good with which I said I would benefit it. “Now therefore, speak to the men of Judah and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord: “Behold, I am fashioning a disaster and devising a plan against you. Return now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.”’” Our lives are like clay in the potter's hand. The degree to which we yield to the Holy Spirit and allow the Master to shape and mold us is the degree to which we can be used. We can choose to open ourselves up by reading His Word, share our joys and sorrows with Him through prayer and fellowship with other believers to be a part of His shaping our world. If we do we can be confident He will use us for His glory. Are you willing? Psalms 1:1-6
Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper. The ungodly are not so, But are like the chaff which the wind drives away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the ungodly shall perish. The Word says the man or woman who does NOT walk in the council of the ungodly BUT....delights in the instruction of the Lord. How do we know what God instructs? Read His Word, mediate on it day and night, have a personal relationship with the Father, walk in victory. Be a blessing! |
