![]() Lord May I Never Be The Bearer That Blocks Ones View Of Your Love 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.

1 John 1:7
But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. Come fellowship with one another on Green Forest Town Square during the Carroll County Bible Reading Marathon April 27 - May 1st. see us at www.ccndpevent.org Psalm 119:11
Your Word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You. Today starts Carroll County Bible Reading Marathon on the Square in Green Forest. Our foundation is prayer. I believe His Word is worthy of declaring on every town Square. Come pray and seek the Lord with us. His Word that's hidden in our heart we must let come forth in praise and supplication to Him. Lamentations 3:22-24
Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I hope in Him!” Years ago a good friend of mine reminded me and spoke often in prayer of these Words in Lamentations. God's mercy is great they are new every day and He is faithful. Grab hold of His Words today and rejoice! Acts 4:8-12
Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers of the people and elders of Israel: If we this day are judged for a good deed done to a helpless man, by what means he has been made well, let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole. This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” As Peter was filled with the Holy Spirit so can we be. When god calls and we answer He supplies and fills us with Holy Spirit and His works are accomplished. As you go today may you be "filled"! Acts 3:1-8
A Lame Man Healed3 Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour. And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple; who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms. And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, “Look at us.” So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them. Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them—walking, leaping, and praising God. May we all do acts of kindness everyday one to another even if we do not know them. We are blessed to be a blessing! 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words. We who believe ad accept the Lord as our savior have assurance "He will Return" and we will be with him forever. Have you received His as Savior? Be confident then in His return. Matthew 28:16-20
The Great Commission Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted. And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. He gives us (believers, His disciples) the great commission! GO, MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL THE NATIONS, TEACH THEM TO OBSERVE ALL THINGS THAT HE COMMANDED US. I pray today believers will follow Jesus Word and Go (even if it is in your own neighborhood) Make disciples, Baptizing them, Teaching them to observe His commands And (His promise) He will be with you always. Be blessed this Resurrection Day and Follow Jesus! 1 Corinthians 15:20-22
The Last Enemy Destroyed But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. When Mary and others found the tomb of Jesus empty and then saw Him ALVE they understood His teaching more clearly. As we ready our hearts for Easter Sunrise service I prayer we rejoice in the victory Jesus won for us. "Jesus destroyed the last emery!" Matthew 27:45-50
Jesus Dies on the Cross 45 Now from the sixth hour until the ninth hour there was darkness over all the land. And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” Some of those who stood there, when they heard that, said, “This Man is calling for Elijah!” 48 Immediately one of them ran and took a sponge, filled it with sour wine and put it on a reed, and offered it to Him to drink. The rest said, “Let Him alone; let us see if Elijah will come to save Him.” 50 And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit. All institutions take off for "Good Friday". Why do we honor Christ on this day and not every day? I pray today and everyday you think on, meditate on and believe God's Word and the truth the Holy Spirit reveals to you about the sacrifice He made because He loves us. Just like we are! And wants us to grow to be like Him. Shalom |
